Terms & Conditions

By booking with Bus Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Validity: Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented upon boarding. Digital or printed versions are accepted.
  2. Verification: Discounts for Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and Students require the presentation of a valid government-issued or institutional ID.
  3. Schedule Changes: Bus schedules may change without prior notice due to weather conditions, traffic, or other operational concerns.
  4. Refunds & Cancellations: All refunds are subject to company policy and applicable government regulations. Transaction fees are generally non-refundable.
  5. Punctuality: Passengers are required to arrive at the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  6. Liability: BusConnectPH is not liable for personal belongings left, lost, or damaged on board.

Data Processing Consent

You grant BusConnectPH the right to process, as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations, your personal information and sensitive personal information (the “Personal Data”), including among others your complete name, e-mail address, contact number, gender, physical address, city, zip code, state, birthday, travel details, travel dates, travel origins, travel destinations, and bus lines availed of.

The Personal Data collected from you will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Marketing and research;
  2. Information dissemination;
  3. Insurance claims;
  4. Travel protection and safety;
  5. Identity verification.

The Company may need to disclose your Personal Data to related entities, contracting parties, partners, and other organizations for purposes related to those above enumerated. These may include:

  1. Health and safety purposes (such as to medical providers, employee assistance providers, insurers, investigators, or regulators);
  2. Public service departments and other bodies where the Company is required by law;
  3. A customer’s authorized representatives;
  4. Law enforcement and national security agencies, and other public authorities, as required or authorized by law.

The Personal Data collected from you will be retained and stored only for as long as necessary to accomplish the above-mentioned purposes.

You agree that the information you provide may be recorded, organized, stored, used, consolidated, updated, modified, blocked, erased, deleted, shared, analyzed, and operated upon in any manner whatsoever, in furtherance of the abovementioned purposes. You further agree that in performing the aforementioned activities, the Corporation may outsource the foregoing functions to third-party service providers.

You have the rights of a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which include the right to access and correction, and the right to object. You may view the Company Customer Privacy Manual.
